I had high hopes for this property management service, but the experience was disappointing. While they promised a hands-off approach, communication was poor, and I felt out of the loop. Cleaning wasn’t up to par, and my property’s occupancy rate didn't improve as expected. Overall, their claims of boosting rental income seem exaggerated—definitely not stress-free as advertised.

I had high hopes for this management service, but it fell short of expectations. While they promote a hands-off approach and carefree experience, I encountered ongoing communication issues and lackluster guest screening. Despite their claims of price optimization, my rental income didn't see significant improvement. Additionally, the promised "professional cleaning" was subpar. Overall, it felt more like a hassle than a stress-free solution—definitely not worth the investment. I wouldn't recommend them.
