The Supermac's app promised convenience and discounts, but my experience was disappointing. The interface felt clunky and slow, making it frustrating to navigate and place orders. While the 10% discount is a nice touch, it hardly makes up for the lack of options and poor user experience. Customer service left much to be desired, as my query went unanswered for days. Overall, I expected a more streamlined experience, but instead, I found myself frustrated and unimpressed with what should have been a simple ordering process.
