I was disappointed with my stay at Super 8 Old Saybrook. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and uncomfortable beds. WiFi was spotty at best, making it frustrating to plan outings. Despite being close to several attractions, the noise from the nearby roads was unbearable. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. For the price, I expected better quality and service—definitely not worth a repeat visit.
