I had a disappointing experience with Ice Rental Cars. While they claim to provide a friendly service, I found the customer support lacking and unresponsive when I encountered issues. The car I received was not in the best condition, which raised concerns for my safety during my trip. Although they advertise no security deposit, this felt misleading with hidden fees at checkout. Overall, I expected more given their promises and won't be renting from them again.
