I was disappointed with my recent experience at Boels. Although they claim to be a one-stop shop for rental machinery, I found their service lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very knowledgeable, which led to delays in getting the equipment I needed. The selection was also not as vast as advertised, and the pricing was higher than competitors. Overall, their customer service did not meet my expectations, making the experience frustrating rather than seamless as promised.
