I was excited to switch to EQ Bank because of their promise of high interest rates and no fees, but my experience has been disappointing. The setup process was unnecessarily complicated, and customer service has been unresponsive when I had inquiries. While they claim to provide seamless digital banking, my online experience has been anything but smooth—glitches and sluggishness are common. I expected more from a bank touted as one of Canada’s best; I won't recommend them.
