I recently purchased electric window treatments from Luxaflex, and I'm disappointed. While they advertise convenience, the installation was far from straightforward, requiring multiple visits from specialists. The app is glitchy, often failing to connect with my shades, which defeats the purpose of smart automation. Although they market energy savings, I don’t notice any difference. Additionally, the customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond. Overall, I expected much better quality and service based on their claims.
