I was disappointed with Fourth's services. While they promise to streamline operations, I found their platform clunky and unintuitive. Scheduling took longer than expected, and the promised retention benefits for staff didn’t materialize. Customer support was unresponsive when I needed help. Overall, it felt more like a burden than a solution for my restaurant. I can’t recommend it.

I had high hopes for Fourth based on their promises, but my experience has been disappointing. The claims of streamlining operations and reducing scheduling time felt exaggerated. I found the interface clunky, making it harder to manage things rather than easier. Support was slow to respond when I had questions, leaving me frustrated. Additionally, the so-called benefits for employee retention didn’t seem to make much of a difference in our turnover rates. Overall, I expected more from a service marketed as essential for restaurant efficiency.

It feels more like a burden than a solution, leaving us wishing we had chosen another service.
