Shipping delays and poor customer service made the experience frustrating.

I had high hopes when partnering with this shipping service, but my experience was disappointing. While they claim to simplify international logistics, I found their process anything but straightforward. Delays were frequent, and customer support was unresponsive when I needed assistance. Additionally, their eco-friendly promises felt more like marketing gimmicks than genuine commitments. The promised hassle-free returns turned into a complicated ordeal. Overall, I expected much more from a company with their reputation, and I wouldn’t recommend them for cross-border e-commerce.
