I had high hopes for VIVID, but my experience has been disappointing. While they tout their commitment to customer wellbeing, the support services feel inadequate and impersonal. The online account system is clunky and frustrating, making it hard to find important information. Additionally, I found the quality of their homes to be subpar, with maintenance issues arising shortly after moving in. Overall, the promises of community investment and support seem more like marketing slogans than reality. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I had high hopes for VIVID, but my experience has been disappointing. While they advertise extensive support, my attempts to get assistance fell flat. Their online services are clunky and not user-friendly, making everything feel inconvenient. The promised affordable housing seems limited in quality, and communication with staff is lacking. Instead of feeling welcomed into a community, I felt more like an afterthought. Overall, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
