I was disappointed with my experience shopping at Obbyo.nl. The selection of rugs is quite limited and the quality didn't match their claims of craftsmanship. Additionally, the website is difficult to navigate, making it hard to find what I wanted. The lack of clear information on shipping and returns added to my frustration. Overall, a negative shopping experience.
