Ich benötigte Hilfe bei meinem Webhosting, aber der Support reagierte extrem langsam. Die Antworten waren unklar und lösten mein Problem nicht, was zu unnötigen Verzögerungen führte. Enttäuschend.

Ich hatte Probleme mit meinem Webhosting-Account und wandte mich an den Support von 1blu. Leider war die Wartezeit für eine Antwort extrem lang, und als ich schließlich Hilfe erhielt, war die Antwort unklar und nicht hilfreich. Zudem funktionierte der Webbaukasten nicht wie versprochen. Es war frustrierend, vor einer wichtigen Deadline keine Unterstützung zu bekommen. Wirklich enttäuschend.
