I was disappointed with my experience using TomTom's navigation services. The traffic data often feels outdated, leading to frustrating delays and wrong turns. Additionally, the app struggles with user-friendly design and reliability. Given the hype about their technology, I expected much more. It seems they're more focused on corporate partnerships than actually improving the user experience. Not worth it.

I had high hopes for TomTom's mapping and traffic technology, but my experience has been disappointing. The app often lags and fails to provide real-time updates, leading to frustrating detours and wasted time. The interface feels outdated compared to competitors, making navigation cumbersome. Additionally, customer support was unhelpful when I encountered issues. Given the importance of accurate location data, I expected much more. Unfortunately, I can't recommend TomTom; there are better options available that deliver on their promises.
