I had an unfortunate experience with this moving service. While the initial communication seemed promising, the execution fell short. The movers arrived late and appeared rushed, which made me anxious about the safety of my belongings. Despite their claims of professionalism, they seemed inexperienced when handling larger items. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive to my post-move inquiries. The pricing, while competitive, didn't reflect the level of care I expected. Overall, I can't recommend this service based on my experience, as it did not meet my expectations for a reliable move.
