Terrible experience; slow response and hidden fees left me frustrated.

I had high hopes for America’s Preferred Home Warranty, but the experience was quite disappointing. Customer service was unresponsive, which made claims frustratingly slow. The coverage options sounded great, but when I needed help, the process was convoluted and took longer than expected. Overall, their claims service left much to be desired, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
