I had high hopes for Buycco.com given their claims about quality and customer service, but my experience was disappointing. The costume I ordered arrived much later than promised, and when it did, the quality was subpar. The fabric felt cheap, and the fit was off. I reached out to customer service, but they were slow to respond and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to see a company that claims to prioritize passion and professionalism fall short in execution. I won’t be returning.
