I had a disappointing experience with CabBazar. The app promised seamless service and competitive pricing, but I encountered multiple delays in receiving driver details, which caused unnecessary stress. While the cars appeared clean, the driver lacked knowledge of the area, making navigation challenging. Additionally, hidden charges emerged that contradicted their claims of transparency. Customer service was unresponsive when I raised these issues. Overall, their service did not meet expectations, leaving me frustrated with my travel plans.
