I had high hopes for Direct Energy after reading positive reviews, but my experience has been disappointing. The app is clunky and often crashes, making it frustrating to manage my account. Customer service is less than helpful; they put me on hold for long periods and didn't resolve my billing issues. The promised energy-saving tips feel generic and unhelpful. Overall, the service lacks the transparency and reliability they advertise, leaving me regretting my choice. Would not recommend.
