I was disappointed with my experience using Rainbow Flag Australia. While the concept is great, the execution falls short. The directory feels cluttered, and searching for specific services took longer than expected. Additionally, the pricing plans seem overly complicated, and the customer service was unresponsive when I needed help. I wanted to support gay-friendly businesses, but the website made the process frustrating rather than helpful. Sadly, I won’t be recommending it to others.
