Onlangs had ik hulp nodig bij een spel, maar de medewerkers waren onaardig en onverschillig. Na advies gevraagd te hebben, voelde ik me genegeerd en totaal niet gehoord. Dit heeft mijn ervaring enorm verpest. Echt teleurstellend.
